Allianz Risk and Compliance – year in industry placement 2021/22 – Placement
As a highly regulated industry, it is essential that we have the right teams and people in place to ensure our business meets the FCA and PRA requirements, whilst implementing proactive risk management to protect our business and customers. Our Risk and Compliance Teams sit within our Finance division, collaborating closely to offer an array of interventions whilst empowering all our employees to implement processes and strategies to enhance business performance.
This is a brand new opportunity to spend a year with our Risk and Compliance Teams. Our year placement offers you the opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders, as well as understand how an insurance business operates from within. This, coupled with amazing support from your Line Manager and the rest of the team, will give you invaluable insight into what it takes to be part of a large UK business; you’ll be part of something big from day one. This will set you up with knowledge and skills for your final year at University and future career after graduation.
We are looking for proactive, self-motivated students with strong written and verbal communication, as well as good analytical skills, including interpretation and summarising of data and information for presentations. You must have a keen interest in business, risk, compliance and the insurance industry.
Your year with us would start at the end of June/start of July 2021, based in our head office in Guildford. As well as being paid a competitive salary you will also be entitled to paid holiday and many other benefits.
