Client Onboarding Manager, Asset Management, London

Responsibilities

  • Work with technical institutional clients with a view to senseless onboarding
  • Work with internal teams on account/ product launches
  • Support senior Institutional account managers services insurance and pension clients.
  • Work closely with and support regional client advisors
  • Detailed reviews of client documentation
  • Negotiation of legal agreements, co-ordination of account openings and closures
  • Resolving queries and client requests
  • Work closely with internal teams such as: Product, Operations, Compliance/legal sales and investment teams

Requirements

  • University Degree (2.1 or above)
  • 5+ years experience in asset management in simialr role
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed income
  • Understanding of institutional client onboarding process
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in another language would be an advantage
