Client Services Associate – German Speaker

Fantastic opportunity to join a Global market leader in the Fin-tech space, enabling traders to efficiently trade financial instruments using the platform. The successful candidate will be at an associate level and a fluent German speaker.

Reporting the the Head of Client Services, this is a brand new role created to provide a high standard of service for the European and US based client portfolio across post-trade products. Working in a high performing, proactive team, this person will have strong communication skills, responding to a high volume of inquiries and requests on a daily basis. This role sits in a medium sized, close knit team with access and involvement on multiple projects, process improvements and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and deliver updates on all documentation collected in line with required regulations
  • Provide support to cross divisional teams including Post-Trade Relationship Managers
  • Prioritise, review and escalate any issues through to the appropriate area and provide an initial solution
  • Deliver presentations and represent the division on project life-cycles

Key Requirements:

  • Experience and proven experience with regulations such as MIFID and EMIR
  • Fluent working proficiency in German language
  • Desire to be in a client-facing sales role
  • Knowledge and experience of fixed income markets
