A leading Scottish Financial Services brand is now looking to bring on a dedicated Digital Project Manager to help build out various digital initiatives across various different workstreams within the wider business. As the business continues to expand on their digital capabilities due to constant growth on an international scale, this will be a new key hire for the team.
The Digital Project Manager will be inheriting a growing backlog of exciting new digital, marketing, communications and development capabilities the business is looking to implement and roll out. These will include multiple simultaneous martech, tech infrastruture and platform migration oriented projects (CRM/CMS/Email Marketing), where you will be working across multiple cross functional teams and driving the agenda with various stakeholders both internally as well as external vendors and partners.
The ideal candidate will:
- Want to take on ownership of end to end digital project lifecycles, from research to concept, design, testing, implementation and ultimately on-time delivery.
- Have strong demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels. Previous complex matrix organisation reporting lines will be highly favourable (Financial Services experience not essential).
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall principles, and utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies in previous work.
- Have a strong understanding of digital channels, including marketing & communications + martech stacks.
