My client is looking for a Financial Serviced Administrator to join their highly reputable team.

The successful candidate will have/be:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Pervious customer service experience (ideally within an office environment)
- Strong communication skills
- Call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- Preferably educated to a degree level or have relevant financial services experience
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Taking initial call/email/letter from customer and place order
- Resolving queries on the web platform
- Providing continuous customer service to a high standard
- Ensuring client are compliant and meeting all FCA regulations throughout the process
