One of our large Financial clients is currently looking for an Administrator to join there team

This would suit a business/Accounting graduate or someone with previous cash monitoring/reconciliations.

The Trustee & Depositary function is a specialist provider of fiduciary services to UCITS, Non UCITS and AIFMD Fund Structures. The core responsibility of the depositary is to act solely in the interest of the investor, to hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and provide oversight on the activities of the scheme

Responsibilities

Investigate daily cash monitoring exceptions

  • Review daily and monthly cash reconciliations for aged and material breaks in line with procedures
  • Complete manual recordkeeping and ownership verification checks on a monthly basis
  • Liaise with internal teams for receipt of required back up
  • Ensure books and records are complete on a daily basis
  • Understanding and ensuring receipt of all external PB and administrator files
  • Complete system and file testing as required.
  • Complete technology release testing and provide approval on changes on behalf of the business.
  • Display a good understanding of the regulatory requirements governing each specific task/ function
  • Ensure all logs and checklists are kept up to date
  • Ensure client queries are tracked and escalated where necessary in line with procedures
  • Provide and participate in cross training with colleagues where necessary.
  • Provide cover where necessary for other team members for holidays/sickness.
  • Attend any courses that may be relevant to trustee role.
  • Escalate material items to line management promptly.
  • Ensure all company procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
