Morgan McKinley have partnered with an FCA regulated financial services business who offer foreign exchange services to retail and institutional clients and are hiring for a new Head of Sales

My client are an award winning, FCA regulated financial services company who offer foreign exchange for their retail, high-net worth and institutional clients globally. They are a team that strive for innovation and invest in the best technology in order to benefit their clients. They are hiring for a Head of Sales to join the business to build up their retail client base and volume numbers in the UK & EU predominately then expanding to other countries.

Responsibilities required of Head of Sales:

  • Build out retail client base in the UK & EU before expanding to other areas across the globe
  • Develop strategy to win new business
  • Work closely with other offices e.g Hong Kong and Sydney on business development
  • Support with recruitment of new sales talent to support increase in clients
  • Set and manage budgets for sales & marketing

Experience required of Head of Sales:

  • Ideally someone with a book of clients/strong network who can build out their retail offering and on board new clients
  • Someone who is currently in a Head of Sales role or senior sales looking to step up
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated business
  • FX/CFD experience
  • Track record of winning new business
  • Mandarin as an additional language would be a bonus but not an essential
