Operational Resilience Manager

Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be recruiting for an established, highly reputed financial services group that seek a Operational Resilience Manager to assess, validate, review and challenge Risk Controls pertaining to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.

The responsibilities will centre around ensuring the company are adequately prepared and compliant with Operational Resilience requirements, but is adequately considering and preparing for customer and organisational impacts from potential disruption events

You will be accountable for identifying, challenging, escalating, and reporting risks, as well as supporting risk management activities such as scenario analysis, crisis management, workspace recovery, 3rd party planning, technology disaster recovery, and people.

Previous experience of implementing and assessing Operational Resilience/Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery processes, is essential, preferably gained within the financial services arena is preferred but by no means essential.
