Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia charity. We provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.

The post holder will contribute to the delivery of the overall Organisational Development (OD) Strategy for the Society.

Organisational Development & Learning SpecialistResponsibilities:

The Organisational Development and Learning Specialist will form part of the Organisational Development and Engagement team in the People and Organisational Development (POD) directorate

The role will report directly to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager.

• The post holder will have responsibility for supporting the organisational development programme which includes culture, development of OD and learning interventions, leadership and team development plans, ensuring the design, development and delivery of the appropriate organisational development and learning interventions.
• They will support the creation, evolution and evaluation of learning and development pathways for employees and volunteers to ensure our blended learning approach is proportional, accessible and meets the needs of the audiences. As well as supporting the development of interventions with both internal and external stakeholders and partners providing specialist advice as required.
• The post holder will lead the design and delivery of OD interventions often with large groups, senior teams, and in complex situations.

Organisational Development & Learning SpecialistRequirements:

It is highly desirable that the successful candidate have experience of working in a similar role within a Health and Social Care environment.

Position: Organisational Development and Learning Specialist
Location: This role is homebased. The role is therefore flexible across England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £31,982 – £34,925 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience)
