The Business:

An established, highly successful and rapidly growing FinTech – a commercial lender with nationwide coverage, who finances Property Investors and Developers and SME’s to help them grow.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for originating and executing loans for SME’s and property professionals either directly or via brokers, professionals or other financial intermediaries.

You will be given extensive marketing, execution and portfolio management support to allow you to be continuously originating new business, plus access to a state of the art deal platform and CRM systems.

In this modern environment decisions are made quickly including having a fast and flexible credit process – big bank bureaucracy, red tape and politics are non-existent.

You Will Need:

You will need to be an experienced commercial or corporate banker or lender with strong relationship, business development and credit risk skills.

You will have an extensive track record of lending to SME’s and property developers and investors with an existing and substantial business introducer base.

This is a work from home peripatetic position where discipline and motivation is required and all the necessary remote technology is therefore supplied.
