We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Engineering company. This role is currently working from home 37 hours per week, with a view to go in the office in the near future.

  • General admin support for a busy team
  • Booking all accommodation and travel
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Reception duties
  • Processing data accurately
  • Taking detailed messages
  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Ordering office stationary
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Experience required

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Knowledge using all MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised

This vacancy has a view to go permanent after the 12 month contract. We are looking for someone who is able to work from home unsupervised and highly reliable.
