  • Varied and dynamic role providing legal and regulatory advisory support and risk assessment to all aspects of Credit Suisse’s private banking business in the UK.
  • Broad coverage area including both the lending business (retail and structured), investment services (advisory, discretionary and execution only) and distribution of investment products, and support for regulatory/business change and other strategic projects.
  • As part of a high impact and performing team of four, the role will have the opportunity to coordinate with senior managers in the business and control functions.
  • Regular interaction and collaboration with colleagues within wider Credit Suisse group on a wide range of legal and regulatory initiatives.

You Offer

  • Must have 3-6 years PQE and qualified in England and Wales.
  • Proven legal analytical ability and possess intellectual curiosity and rigour.
  • Results-oriented with enthusiasm for strategic and critical thinking and exploring the bigger picture.
  • Must be a self-starter who can perform autonomously and meet deadlines and be motivated to drive matters to conclusion.
  • Demonstrate judgement and ability to make decisions and take ownership and accountability for your own matters.
  • Strong lending/banking skills with experience in the wealth management sector or in-house secondment desirable.
  • Dedicated, hardworking individual with phenomenal attention to detail and issue resolution skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
