Principles of Communication – CPD Approved
This communication training course is designed to provide business professionals and anyone looking to master key communication techniques, with the skills to communicate effectively in the workplace and improve their personal and professional relationships. This course explores the art of effective communication, taking you through the various forms of communication and different ways in which we communicate, depending on the environment were in. You will learn how to master small talk and become a better conversationalist, read others body language, and much more. Module 2: Ways of Communicating
In module two, we will learn about the different ways that people communicate and the different types of communication.
Module 3: Identifying Communication Barriers
In module three, we will learn about the barriers to effective communication, with some case study examples.
Module 4: Reducing Communication Barriers
In module four, we will take a look at some strategies for overcoming the barriers to effective communication in the workplace and beyond.
Module 5: Checking Understanding
In module five, we will develop some key communication skills to strengthen our relationships inside and outside of the workplace.
Module 6: Getting Help With Communication Issues
In module six, we will master crucial communication techniques that will enhance the way we communicate with others and develop our confidence when communicating in a variety of settings.

In module seven, we will learn why confidentiality is so important in communication, both at home and in the workplace.
