Module 1 – Why feet need a professional pedicure / Simple Health & Safety, the Structure of Nails, common nail problems to be aware of.

Module 2 – Equipment required – Including comprehensive list of equipment required, suggestions of where and how to buy it, what to look out for, get to know your equipment.

Module 3 – Preparing Your Equipment, yourself and your treatment area

Module 4 – What is Skin? The functions of skin, common problems to be aware of.

Module 5 – Initial inspection of the feet and lower limb, interaction with client, client records and information needed, privacy policy & data protection.

Module 6 – Professional Pedicure Procedure, foot and lower limb massage techniques, aftercare advice.

Module 7 – Marketing ideas and business tips

Module 8 – Final assessment. Certificate of Achievement will be issued and students may use the letters CAPP (TSA)
